I've never actually TRIED this, but here's how I would go about it: First off, you want to get rid of all the baking soda in the rocks. Crush them to a fine powder, and mix the powder with distilled water.

The clear ether filtrate contains your cocaine freebase, which can be recovered via evaporation (caution-ether fumes are explosive!) and smoked as-is.

As I stated, I haven't actually tried going from crack (or freebase) to coke HCl, but the underlying chemistry here is simple stuff, strictly first-year college chem.
